• Grant of License: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset in your personal or commercial projects (e.g., games, architectural renders).
• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw digital files in any form.

3. Digital Delivery & Refunds

• Delivery: Assets are delivered digitally via your account dashboard or email immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you encounter a technical defect, we will provide support to resolve the issue.

4. Custom Design Services 

For “Custom Asset Design Credits,” work begins only after the initial brief is confirmed. These credits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

5. Payments

3dgizmo.com is operated by 3DGIZMO DESIGNS. Payments are processed securely via our authorized third-party gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
