License Agreement

3DGIZMO DESIGNS DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

By purchasing a digital asset from 3dgizmo.com, the Licensee (Customer) is granted a Standard Royalty-Free Commercial License. 3DGIZMO DESIGNS remains the sole owner of the intellectual property. This license grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Asset in the manner permitted below.

2. PERMITTED USES (The “Can-Dos”)

You may use the licensed 3D models, textures, and assets for:

Commercial Projects: Integration into video games, films, television, and advertisements.
Interactive Media: Inclusion in AR/VR applications and mobile apps.
Architectural Visualization: Use in 3D renders, walkthroughs, and real estate presentations.
Modified Works: You may modify the asset (e.g., changing colors or geometry) to fit your specific project needs.
Promotional Material: Use in social media content, websites, and print marketing.

3. PROHIBITED USES (The “Strictly Forbiddens”)

To protect our studio, the following are strictly prohibited:

No Redistribution: You may not sell, share, or give away the raw digital files (e.g., .OBJ, .FBX, .BLEND, .PNG textures) even if they have been modified.
No Standalone Sale: You may not sell the asset as a standalone product (e.g., selling a 3D model on another marketplace).
No Sub-licensing: You cannot “rent” or sub-license the assets to third parties.
No Trademarking: You may not use the asset as a primary logo or trademark without a “Bespoke Asset” contract.

4. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All assets are protected by International copyright laws. This license is a right-to-use agreement, not a transfer of title. 3DGIZMO DESIGNS retains all copyrights.
