Refund and Returns Policy
1. Digital Goods Delivery
- All products sold on 3dgizmo.com (3D models, textures, and digital kits) are delivered via digital download. No physical items will be shipped. Access to your purchased files is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
2. 14 Days Refund and Cancellation Policy
At 3dgizmo.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As we use Paddle as our authorized merchant of record, our refund process is designed to be clear and fair.
1. 14-Day Refund Window: You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Eligibility: If you have not yet downloaded the digital assets, a full refund will be granted. If the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are typically not provided unless the product is proven to be technically defective.
3. Technical Issues: If a digital asset is corrupted or does not function as described, please contact us at support@3dgizmo.com. We will first attempt to fix the file; if we cannot, a refund will be issued via Paddle.
3. Technical Defect Exception
We take pride in the quality of our 3D assets. If you believe a file you have purchased is technically defective (e.g., the file is corrupted or does not match the technical specifications listed on the product page), please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@3dgizmo.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of Issue: Provide a description and, if possible, a screenshot of the technical error.
- Resolution: We will first attempt to repair the file or provide a functional alternative. If the technical defect cannot be resolved by our team, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. Custom Asset Design
For our “Custom Asset Design Credit” or bespoke modeling services:
- Before Work Begins: A full refund can be requested if the design brief has not yet been processed.
- After Work Begins: Once our designers have commenced work on your custom project, payments are non-refundable.
5. Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Unity, Unreal Engine) to use the files as specified in the product descriptions. Refunds will not be issued for software incompatibility or “change of mind” after purchase.
6. Duplicate Purchases
In the event that you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice, please contact us with your order numbers. We will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
